All Sales Are Final
Because Reckin Energy is a consumable product, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on delivered products.
If Something’s Wrong, We Make It Right
We don’t do refunds—but we do take care of our customers.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

We get it—taste is personal.
While we don’t offer refunds for flavor preference, we’re not going to leave you hanging.

Shipping Issues
Once an order is marked as delivered, Reckin Energy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed or missing in transit, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Policy Abuse
We stand behind our product—but we also protect our business.
Reckin Energy reserves the right to deny replacements or store credit if we detect abuse of this policy.
