Reckin Fridge Giveaway — Official Rules

This promotion is sponsored by Reckin Energy LLC, 4263 Simonton Rd, Farmers Branch, TX 75244 (“Sponsor”). The promotion is not administered, sponsored, or endorsed by any social media platform.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Reckin Energy LLC, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

The promotion begins July 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time and ends when the first 1,000 qualifying orders have been placed or on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

There are two ways to enter, and both have an equal chance of winning. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your odds.

1. Order entry. Place an order at reckinenergy.com during the Promotion Period. Each of the first 1,000 qualifying orders receives one (1) entry. Limit one entry per order regardless of order size.

2. Free mail-in entry. Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, daytime phone number, and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Reckin Energy LLC, 4263 Simonton Rd, Farmers Branch, TX 75244, Attn: Fridge Giveaway.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before the last day of the Promotion Period and received within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends. If the Promotion Period runs its full length, that means postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 7, 2027. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.

One (1) winner will receive a VEVOR Commercial Merchandiser Refrigerator, 8.3 cu. ft. / 235 L glass-door display refrigerator, plus four (4) cases of Reckin Energy (12 cans per case, 48 cans total). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $632 (refrigerator $500; product $131.96). Only one prize will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Flavor selection is at Sponsor’s discretion.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about five (5) days after the mail-in receipt deadline — on or about January 12, 2027 if the Promotion Period runs its full length, or correspondingly earlier if the first 1,000 qualifying orders are reached before then.

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the information provided at entry within five (5) days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts, does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use their name, city and state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Reckin Energy LLC, 4263 Simonton Rd, Farmers Branch, TX 75244, Attn: Fridge Giveaway Winner List, within three (3) months after the drawing (by April 12, 2027 if the Promotion Period runs its full length).

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entry information will be used to administer this promotion and as described in that policy.

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
